We’ve had a wild opening week at Two Harbors Community Dog Park! Our Regiment of Roughnecks did a wonderful job of nailing the dog park together and screwing her down! Our hometown Shopko donated some funds for flowers to adorn the site and the City of Two Harbors came through and installed a doggie-pot bag dispenser and waste disposal station for us as well! The dog park is up and running for the 2015 season!
New to the park this year is our very own agility course featuring an A-frame, weave poles, hurdle and pause box. We’ve had great weather so far and two very enjoyable meetups. It’s great to get the pack back together again after a long winter!
The dog park is open during regular park hours daily. Friends of Two Harbors Dog Park sponsors meetups twice a week. Come out and join the fun every Wednesday evening at 6 PM and Saturday morning at 10 AM. It’s where the dogs are!

Wow, What a great way to start the 2015 season. Hope to be there Sat. to see all of your great work. Sadly , Jack will not be able to participate until later on the is summer. Jack had ACL surgery on the right leg. Vet says no rough housing for about 2 months. Knowing Jack, it will be hard to keep him down so I’ll have to come alone. It would be too much for him to bear just watching. I am anxious to see the dogs do their thing with the new agility course. See you all soon, Barb and Jack
